PMB appoints Finance Director
PMB (Performance Masterbatches) is delighted to announce the appointment of Lawrence Watts as Finance Director. Lawrence brings with him over twenty years of experience in senior management positions and proven success in growing businesses of varying sizes.
Most recently, Lawrence has successful completed a MBA at the University of Wales. Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of Scott Todd Plc, an AIM listed company.
Commenting on his new role, Lawrence said: "This is a very exciting time to be joining the PMB team. Despite increasing global competition, the company is growing at a steady rate and winning the Investors in People Award this year has given the team a real boost. It is clear that everybody at PMB is very supportive of each other and that this ethos transfers to the service we give our customers."
As Finance Director, Lawrence will be responsible for bringing the finance and company secretarial functions 'in house'. Longer term, Lawrence hopes to use his experience to help consolidate and build on PMB's past successes and, together with the management team, strategically move the company forward.
Commenting on the appointment, David Thomas, Managing Director said: "I am delighted to welcome Lawrence on board. His considerable skills in financial control and analysis, together with his experience in managing a variety of businesses will be a huge asset to PMB."
